SANDY HANSELL
Sandy, who has been in the bowling industry fulltime since 1965, serves buyers and sellers in the Midwest. His experience includes:
- 1961-1965 Practicing attorney in New York and Boston.
- 1965-69 – Senior Executive of publicly-traded bowling chain.
- 1970-77 - Owner/Operator of 5-center chain in metropolitan Detroit.
- 1977 - Founded Sandy Hansell and Associates, Inc., the only national firm exclusively brokering and valuing bowling centers.
- Since 1977, participated in sales of more than 500 bowling centers with total sales prices of over $500,000,000.
Retained by over 1,200 bowling center owners, investors, corporations and lenders for purposes of valuation, tax-planning and financial consulting.

industry, Pat serves buyers and sellers in Illinois, Missouri
and Wisconsin. His experience includes:

Proprietors Association and the Connecticut State Bowling
Council.

DAVID DRISCOLL
With more than 33 years' experience in the bowling
industry, David serves buyers and sellers in the Southeastern
United States. His experience includes:

With more than 44 years' experience in the bowling

KEN MISCHEL
With more than 35 years' experience in the bowling
industry, Ken serves buyers and sellers in the Western United
States. His experience includes:
- Owner Mischel &
Company, Western United States
affiliate of Hansell & associates. Worked in the
family bowling business then purchased, operated,
renovated and sold several bowling centers and motels in
Colorado and New Mexico. Directed all phases of the
operation of these properties.
- Consulting, valuations and sales projects for over 150
individual bowling proprietors, multi-unit operators and
investors throughout the Western United States.
- Management, through foreclosure proceedings and
receivership for troubled centers.
- Retained by financial institutions in 24 states for
brokerage, valuations and consulting.
- Qualified as an Expert Witness on a variety of bowling
industry financial and operational matters and valuations.
- Owner of a full-service, 32 lane bowling center located
in Lakewood (Denver), Colorado.
- Past President of the CSBPA (2 Terms).
- National Director of the BPAA (3 Terms).
